    Steven is an incredible real estate professional. Me and my wife were interested in purchasing a property in FL while we were living in NJ. Up until meeting him, we had tried getting in touch with multiple other agents and almost all treated us like we were not serious with a purchase,and although we had given them a clear description of what and where we were looking for, these other real estate professionals kept showing us unacceptable properties - nothing like we were asking for. However, Steven was unlike any other real estate professional we'd met. We were absolutely stunned to see the level of professionalism and communication he put into his research. He shared multiple locations with us, went over to properties to take pictures and videos for us, before he suggested us to fly down to FL for properties that we were interested in. Once we'd flown down to FL, knowing we were on a tight schedule, he dedicated his whole day - multiple times - showing us properties, scheduling as many visits throughout the day, etc. Thanks to him we now are owners in a great area. But his dedication to his work did not end there. He was absolutely amazing in his communication skills throughout the sales process: with the seller, escrow, seller's real estate agent and the lawyers. We were constantly notified of what step the sales process was in, how long it would take, and what to expect next. After the sales was complete, he was also very attentive, and always researched and answered any questions we had, such as insurance providers in FL, questions we had about HOA's, transportation, pretty much anything you can imagine. Overall, we had a great experience with Steven. I'd gladly work with him again, and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone that's looking to work with a great real estate agent.

    I’m happy to say that Steven Grossman is the most dedicated knowledgeable and hardest, working real estate agent I’ve worked with in Miami especially when Miami is known for fake people that don’t know what hard work is.
